We believe that wisdom is held within, that you hold the answers that you might not consciously yet be aware of. The process of coaching is to walk alongside you to surface insights, to notice outdated narratives and through powerful questions, mirroring, somatic data (tapping into the information stored in our bodies), reflection and experimentation we support and guide you to enhanced clarity, confidence, new ways of being, working and leading.

​The coach provides a confidential, safe space for you to openly explore the root causes of what drives your internal belief systems and behavior. We will identify triggers that set you up into a more reactive state, and together re-write a more creative response that allows your genius and untapped potential to shine through. We will also work with the parts of you that are in tension with one another, limiting the Essence of who you are, to unleash your true Authentic self and Inner Leader.

​The relationship between you and your coach is a co-creative one, where together we explore the issues that are most resonant for you in both your personal and professional growth.

Our coaches are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and British Psychological Society; and are deeply committed to continual learning and growth such as with Thomas Hubel, Richard Schwartz and Internal Family Systems, The Leadership Circle group, Gestalt Centre for Leadership, and the Tavistock Institute.
