Our Mission
As the Founder I wanted to create a consulting practice that redefined what Leadership means, one that begins by asking two essential questions: Who am I? and What is my work to do in the world?

Today’s leaders are navigating a world of rapid change and digital transformation, leading teams that are searching for meaning, connection, and purpose.
Our work is about helping them reconnect, to themselves, to each other through trusted relationships, and to the planet. By doing this we will help not only the organization but its ecosystem to thrive.
My Story
As a mum of two girls, I think a lot about the future they’re growing into, the climate, the economy, the kind of society we’re building. When they ask me what I do to help, I want to be able to say I supported people who had the power to make change for the better by helping them lead in a way that is regenerative and truly matters.
That starts with helping leaders uncover and align with their personal and organizational Why, in a way that elevates the well-being of the systems they operate in.
My Experience
I’ve spent over 25 years in professional services, including PwC and most recently with McKinsey/Aberkyn, working with senior executives and leadership teams across a wide range of sectors and countries.
I have witnessed organizations in a variety of stages of consciousness. The ones that thrive are those that treat their organization as a living system, where people are empowered, diverse perspectives are welcomed, and leadership is shared, not just held at the top. Too often, though, leadership still relies on outdated models which might have worked in the past but don’t meet today’s challenges. I’m passionate about creating space for leaders to rediscover what it means to lead from a place of authenticity, care, and connection. Some of the most powerful change I’ve seen happens in nature, this is where true personal and system transformation can occur. Part of my own transformation came in 2017, when my family lost our home during Hurricane Irma. It wasn’t institutions that helped us recover, it was our community. People showed up for each other and rebuilt our island together. My personal growth came from the realization that no matter how hard we work individually, we need each other to work collectively to tackle the challenges we face. As an independent minded and driven career woman it took our experience of living on a Caribbean island amongst a community that shared resources to unravel the hardwired conditioning of never asking for help, and instead opening up my heart and unleashing the power of vulnerability and connection. Bringing my full authentic self to my clients, as a mother, environmental refugee, volunteer and corporate executive invites others to do the same, so that together we can co-author a future we feel proud to leave behind.
